Reservation Deposits: 50% of the total is required at time of booking for all campsites, cabins & Lake House.
Each site includes one family consisting of 2 adults and immediate children under 18. All other guests must be accounted for and paid for at the store.
Visitor Fee: Adults over 18 are $7.00 Day / $12.00 Night. Children under 18 no charge.
Holiday Weekends: 3 days minimum, except for July 4th, which requires a week stay minimum for all sites.
Refund Policy: NO refunds. If changing reservations during check in, no refund for early departure.
Check-In and Check-Out Times: All Sites, including Cabins and Lakehouse. Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 11am.
Golf Cart Registration: All golf carts must be registered at office, and proof of insurance must be provided. NO ATV’s, jet skis, or wave runners allowed.
