We are going to relocating the big red barn at the entrance and renovating
it to hold functions, dances, some karaoke and the game room.
We have completely renovated the lakefront cottage and that is 30% larger than the old
one and much nicer.
Also, we are going to be building new cabins that will sleep 4-6 people as well as
some larger ones that will sleep 6-8 people.
We will be adding up to 35 new sites this year with an additional 35 next year. These sites
will be full hookup and very large (60'x30').
We are going to be renovating the bathrooms as well as adding an additional bathhouse
next year.
We are redesigning the entrance and adding a new gatehouse for added
security and ease of check-in.
The store will be expanded for the first year and then a new store with a new laundry and
game room will be built next year.
The dock system will be renovated and completely overhauled within two years as well
as a new boat house for boat rentals.
And finally, we are hopeful that we will be able to upgrade the beach including
expanding it and building a retaining wall for improved grade. There will also be a
picnic area up above the wall with a gazebo and grilling area.
