No More Snow
All of the snow in mid Maine has melted away…there are only little amounts left in the woods. We cannot wait for opening day, only a couple weeks to go and we can all enjoy the campground and all of its great amenities. We have a great playground, kayaks, canoes and of course motor boats for rent. We have a small store on premise just in case you forget that essential camping item. Snow in Maine!
We have a little snow on the ground here in mid Maine, the temperatures have been in the 30′s and 40′s. We want to wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year! Another year is upon us here at Duck Puddle and we are excited for all the fun activities and events we have planned for the new year. In the meantime, enjoy the Winter, the cold and the snow, before you know it, you will be fishing on lake Pemaquid, swimming at the beach and enjoying bonfires with live music right here at the campground!
Maine Fall Weather
This weeks lookout is: 60′s-70′s during the day and 50′s at night. Still great weather to enjoy some end of the year camping at Duck Puddle. This weekend is Pumpkin Fest in Damariscotta which means great activities for families including: pumpkin displays, pumpkin boat races, pumpkin catapulting and more! Only 15 days Till Summer
There are only 15 more days until the official start of Summer 2012! We are very excited as this Spring has been more rainy than anticipated and we are really hope for a hot and sunny Summer season! We are open every day and there is still plenty do in and around Duck Puddle, even when it is raining. We are very hopeful that all of this rain will stop very soon and we will be able to enjoy our Spring as well.
