We are hosting a charity event…June 22nd, 2013 : Benefit for Mike Reed
There will be an afternoon Horseshoe tournament, Bake sale, and Lemonade Stand. Music by Pirahna Brothers Blues Band, Acoustic set by Lori Brewer, and Linda Clark, and the Dyer Neck Band. SPRING IS COMING!!!
Although in some areas the ground is still covered in snow, spring is quickly approaching!!! And that means opening day is imminent. We are officially open May 1st, however our annual Spring clean-up is the weekend of April 19th. Everyone who is willing to help out with our general clean up is welcome, and camping is FREE that weekend. Call for reservations or just show up. We are planning a potluck dinner on Saturday evening, which is sure to be a fun time. We have some awesome themes, events, and entertainment planned for the summer. Our first weekend open, May 3rd through May 5th is our first ever Cinco de Mayo Weekend….and it is sure to blow you away. We will have games and activities all day followed by Salsa/Merengue dance lessons at night, hosted by Swing and Sway of Rockland!!! Some other exciting events and themes include Fathers Day Weekend, which includes a fishing derby and the infamous Nikki Hunt Band. Boat loads of new entertainement coming at you as well…including the reggae band Stream, rock bands 43 North, Almost There and Sharon Buck and the Dixon Road . And back by popular demand, Bad Penny and Crossin Mason Dixon will also be performing this summer! Fall in Maine 2012
We are still open here at Duck Puddle. Even after the earthquake last week, everything is still intact here at the campground. Please visit with us before we close for the season.
